On Sunday 19th March 7pm 2020 Ian hand delivered a letter addressed to the Cabinet Secretary Mark Sedwill located at the Cabinet Office, Whitehall. The letter asked the Cabinet Secretary who Ian needed to speak to about supplying Hand Sanitiser ?
The next day Ian was invited to a meeting at the Ministry of Defence Whitehall, Ian went on to supply WHO (World Health Organisation) specification Hand Sanitiser to MOD Met Police many local authorities and supplied the NHS (foc)

He humiliated the Police on so many occasions and made them look pathetically stupid, so much so, the public gallery laughed so much (and loudly) that the Judge had to stop the court case and send the security guards into the Public Gallery and ask them to calm down (or get chucked out of Court.
