All of the UK’s mainstream media were in court and heard all the evidence and mad claims presented by Counter Terrorism Detectives and the Barrister which prosecuted the case on behalf of the Crown Prosecution Service, CPS.

Ian spoke with the BBC News Crime Reporter Jon Brain and asked who created the ‘news report’ ?, the answer Home Affairs Editors Gaetan Portal.
Ian was cleared of every charge in a Court of Law, Ian was NOT cleared by the BBC or mainstream media who just parroted Police Lies and smears.
BBC Home Affairs Editors Gaetan Portal was in Court and heard all the evidence, Gaetan created his news report about Ian’s case and ran it past City of London Police. This begs the question, why would a seasoned journalist have to run his story in front of the Police and seek their approval, when he has heard and seen all the evidence with his own ears and eyes.

BBC Home Affairs Editor Gaetan attended the trial and carried out several interviews with Ian. Gaetan heard the hearsay evidence at the trial and also the defence rebuttal of all allegations made in court.

1. Every City of London Police Detective that gave sworn evidence in the witness box trial identified themselves under oath by giving their name, rank and stated they were Counter Terrorism Directorate
2. Det Sgt John Ellis told the court he had found large quantities of Class A Drugs (crack) in Puddick’s kitchen, bedroom and loft room along with all the Paraphernalia but that he had forgotten to confiscate it, to make a note in his pad or ever mention it to any other officer
3. Det Sgt John Ellis told the court that he was the officer in charge of the multiple raids of Puddicks home, work place and company accountants, Ellis said that due to the passing of time he could not remember how many officers raided each property in the simultaneous dawn raids.
4. Det Sgt Ellis told the court that he confiscated Puddick’s PC, mobile and Sat Nav which he said came back clean from the High Tech Crimes Lab and that he forgot to confiscate the Class A Drugs, leaving them in all at Puddick’s home.
5. Det Steve Briars told the court that he found the magistrates at an earlier hearing to be ‘obstructive’ as they had removed the Police bail conditions against Puddick, when asked by Wolkind QC why he called Ian Puddick a ‘fucking wanker’, he denied saying this and said he was offended by Michael Wolkind’s questions !
Wolkind replied I am more offended by your answers
6. Det Sarah Mayo told the Court that Puddick had sent over 5000 emails and posted many 1000’s of tweets and blogs about Mr Tim Haynes but under cross examination Mayo was forced to admit that she had never seen one example of this and that she did not know of a single officer that had seen an example of this.
7 Mrs Puddick was arrested by City of London Counter Terrorism Police and accused of ‘Conspiracy to Pervert the Course of Justice’ for making up the affair with Mr Tim Haynes, Mr Haynes had made a Police Statement denying the affair (he later admitted there had been a liaison, but never an affair) and that Mrs Puddick had only said there had been affair and she was married to a very insecure jealous person, namely Ian Puddick. The Police told Mrs Puddick that they knew she was only saying there had been affair due to pressure from Ian Puddick
8.Det Sarah Mayo described Mr Puddicks campaign as a ‘hate campaign’ however she was forced to admit whilst under oath that Ian’s online campaign was directed at City of London Police and not the complainant Mr Hyanes who was never mentioned.
9.Gaetan Portal forgot to mention all the Kroll emails shown and discussed in court which show how Kroll manipulated City of London Police to waste over £1,000,000 after Sussex Police confirmed in writing that ‘the Puddick issue was a civil matter’.
10 Gaetan got the BBC Crew to take shots of Ians Social Media and then made the claim that Ian had placed harassing messages online, this was reported as a Fact by the BBC yet the officer in charge (who said the same thing under oath) DC Sarah Mayo admitted that neither she or any of the team working on Counter Terrorism Operation Bohan had ever seen a single post about Tim Haynes

‘Guy Carpenter and Kroll weren’t happy that Sussex Police had confirmed in writing that Ian Puddicks case was not criminal matter but a civil matter, so Kroll went shopping for a Police Force and found an overly eager to please Police force, City of London Police’
